It’s easier said than done, especially in the era of instant gratification, but with practice, I've found that I can gradually strengthen my ability to stay present and focused. It's a skill that requires patience and dedication, much like the physical training itself.

Adapting to change requires adjusting training plans in response to unforeseen circumstances or challenges, as mentioned above.

But even the most dedicated athletes encounter plateaus—those seemingly insurmountable barriers that threaten to derail our progress. It's amazing how much you can learn when you surround yourself with people who share your interests. Leveraging community resources and online forums further enhances the support system, as well. Normalizing the act of sending emails and making phone calls is crucial, as these are essential steps in connecting with others. Remember, if you don't take the initiative, people may not become aware of you.
